Hello! Your plant profile says your mango tree is 10 ft to indirect light. If this true, this is probably the cause. Plants need a lot of sun to grow new leaves and if it doesn’t get enough sun, it won’t grow. I’d also recommend to repot into soil since the roots are long enough.
