My wine plants are yellow

#WildGrape I have 2 wine grape plants, both have yellow leaves but only the last ones. Oldest leaves are green. I added fish fertilizer (5-1-1) 2 days ago because I read it’s nitrogen deficiency. How quickly should I see a change if it’s really nitrogen deficiency?
If it is a nitrogen deficiency. Providing nitrogen will not turn the yellow leaves green. They will stay like that, but the new growth will be green.
I do want to point out something though because you may not know. She may also be getting the yellow leaves on new growth from overwatering. As they mature they need less water.

She's in the ground and your city has naturally high levels of nitrogen in the soil.

If you have had thunder storms with rain then skip watering. As wine grape vines age they use less water. So while they need watered every 7 days when young. Once established they need less water. And then when it start producing grapes the do even better when you cut back even more.
I do water via drip line 3 times a week for 8min each. Will reduce watering to one. Also what about that yellow leave with green lines. Is that also because of watering ? And yes we do had some some heavy rain showers the past weeks.
