Why does my new pathos have holes in the leaves?

I just purchased this beauty last weekend from Lowes and the leaves have holes in them?

Yeah it’s a pest that’s having a feast with your pothos’ leaves. Check the plant for anything. Also spray with neem oil and wipe the leaves in case it’s spider mites
Wow looks like@something eat it or something fall on the leaf and burn it check underneath the leafs
Have you checked the plant for any visible pests or bugs? If not, check the soil for any as well.

It looks like pest damage or it’s possible it may have been hurt and you’ve just not noticed?

How was the soil when you got it? 😁
The soil is super packed. I'm a new plant mom. I purchased from lowes nursery.
These are some spots on a few leaves.
The stems are turning brown on the edges in certain parts.
@AstroMind what to treat with if it's a pest? Neem oil work in general?
@AstroMind do I prune the damaged leaves?
@wereanoob it really depends on the pest. I am not too familiar with how to deal with pests that are not spider mites. Spider mites tend to live in the leaves and they can be removed by wiping your leaves with neem oil. Idk if neem oil works with every pest.
Do you see any web like parts on your pothos?
And I reckon don’t cut those damaged leaves.
You should be sure before pruning
Try nitra soap
