My rose plant is not happy.

Although I know I took this plant home from my office when we were told to work from home again and was transported on one of the coldest days of the year… -45. However since then I have kept it within 1 foot of a self facing window kept extra warm and it is slowly dwindling away. I’ve included a picture of how it looks now and what it look like when I first got it and added it to my app. Any hints?

It could be struggling just from cold damage. I have some that were exposed to approx. 15-20° weather and they lost leaves.
My rose bushes (in the ground) all lose their leaves and go dormant in the winter. It could just be waiting for the winter to pass.
they’re probably just dormant, we have two rose plants in our garden and they literally look like sticks in winter lol
