Leaves in a bad state :(

Hi! I have some difficulties to take care of this plant. Its leaves seem in a bad condition and I'm not sure how I can help it, can someone help me? Thank you!

I would definitely look into a pot with drainage and probably direct light! I’ve learned when my leaves get like this it’s because the plant is holding too much water
