Drooping and crunchy

Why are the leaves drooping? Too much water?not enough water? Sunlight? The flowers are getting crunchy and dying but maybe that’s because it’s almost fall. Tips?
Should I cut back?

It looks like she's gone to seed. When the plant doesn't get dead flowers, deadheaded. The plant uses all its energy to produce seed. That's where energy gets directed. If you deadhead now you can direct energy into growth and hopefully more flowers.

It is invasive so I recommend it because if she drops all the seed your yard will be filled with butterfly bush plants next year. 🩷
@SuperbRaspfern that’s why she’s in a pot πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜… okay so cut off the crunchy flower heads to help growth. Thank you
@FeralFran Your welcome, I honestly wasn't judging I have wildflowers in pots as well and I know they will be all over my yard next year. But they are soooo pretty!!! I will worry about that when the time comes. This year I'm just going to enjoy them.

See here are mine 🩷
@SuperbRaspfern What’s that last one? So beautiful
It's Yellow Toadflax, super invasive in our area, but oh so pretty. It grows in wild here in CA. πŸ’• Thank you!
