Be sure to use distilled water only. Maybe it's having an adverse reaction to tap water?

Hey, these are super intolerant to the the salts and minerals in tap water. I’ve had great success with rain or distilled water.

Sometimes it’s also just repot stress but it’s always better to use rain or distilled water with these plants.
