When should I propagate my philodendron? Where do you cut...

You have a lovely plant but I would not chop on her just yet. While it is a full looking, healthy plant, I don't see many hanging vines. When it starts to hang down maybe 6" outside the pot then you can take a few cutting all around the pot to make another one. It's just getting to head towards spring and she will have a growth spurt, she'll need a haircut soon enough. Stay up on your watering and fertilizer routines. When you do prop it, cut below the node with sterilized nips or scissors. The node is the point on the stems where the leaves grow from.
@honeyschild10 thank you for the great advice!
