@KikiGoldblatt Greg identified it as Cornstalk Dracaena. Just had a look online. Is that the same as a spider plant?
@CreationLover I did some more digging. I am π― certain that itβs this one since it has orange in it. Chlorophytum orchidastrum (Fire Flash)

Keep this plant consistently moist, away from direct sunlight and cold temperatures to maintain its colour and prevent leaves turning black. Avoid root rot by checking the first two inches of soil for moisture before watering. If the soil feels dry, its time to water!
