Is this ferterlizer okay to use?

I’m supposed to fertilize my plant is this okay to use. It was given to me.

Yes just be sure to dilute it really well and start in smaller increments hen you first start doing it to slowly get it use to it bc it can burn them or do something that causes a lot of issues/damage
