This is and is not normal. Ficus can have a tough time adjusting to a new home and since she's new that is likely part of what's going on.
Based on your plant card I would guess she's not getting enough light. These plants love bright light! All my ficus are in west-facing windows, including my ruby!
It also says your pot has no drainage. Based on your photo it looks like it is in a nursery pot inside a cover pot. Is this the case?
