Yesβ¦ roots growing out of the bottom of the pot means itβs starting to become root bound, and needs to replanted in a larger pot.
Just some more useful information about repotting: When you repot any plant, they might experience transplant shock, this is only temporary, most plants survive and they get used to their new pot in a few days, or a week or two. Some plants may not get transplant shock. The symptoms of transplant shock include stunted growth, wilting leaves, yellowing/brown leaves, leaf drop, etc.
