Hi! I had an African Violet do this, had some deformed new leaves. From what I've read it's either pests, or lack of nutrients/sun! I used fertilizer on my AV, and a grow light and haven't had any deformed leaves since, so not 100 percent what exactly helped, or both did lol!- Maybe look into a succulent fertilizer, or supplemental light. 🌿
