I Have no idea how to take care of my Christmas cactus can you please help me.

@ChiefWhitlavia Hi Rayah 👋 the new segments are purple caused by sun stress. If you can move it back a tad or to the left or right just so the sun shining through the window isn't shining directly on it. While it is a cactus it isn't a desert cactus it's a jungle cactus and their soil doesn't like to completely dry out in between waterings. Water when the top of the soil is dry. If you put your finger down into the soil to the first knuckle and it feels wet still from the last time you watered it use the snooze function on the app. It will bring the plant back around in a few days for you to check the soil again. Only give it water when the top inch of soil is dry. When the app tells you that it's time to water it always check your soil before you blindly water it. That's about it. It's a pretty laid back plant. You got this! ☺️👍
