Maybe. First you'll need to remove all the dead/damaged leaves and stems. Cut it back all the way to the soil level if necessary. Place it somewhere warm for a while, if you have a grow light even better. It will need lots of light, but putting it too close to a window right now won't be warm enough (temps can be 10-15Β° colder up against the window pane). It needs warmth + light. Be careful about watering, since a plant without leaves doesn't need as much and can easily rot if left sitting in damp soil. Then it just becomes a waiting game to see if any new growth shows up. If it was a well-established, healthy, and decent size adult plant, it has a much better chance of rebounding than if it was small and young. Good luck and I hope it recovers!
