Do all of your plants have no drainage? It looks like your watering bulb overwatered your plant since it has no drainage. You’ve got to put these plants in pots that have holes in the bottom and preferably that are made out of terra-cotta so that the roots in these plants can breathe or else they’ll suffocate to death.
