Hi, it sounds like spider mites. Yes, they can damage your plant if they’re allowed to continue. I use Neem oil. It’s an organic spray. It kills small insects like mites and aphids. οΏΌ

I seem to get them on both of mine every year. I have tried everything even neem oil no luck . This year I will try showed them once a month
