Mold on soil
#ParlourPalm it looks like it started fanning out. I think I overwatered maybe or not enough sunlight. Followed Greg’s watering instructions. Notice soil has mold on it. I think it might die can this be saved?

It just needs more light. Fear not, moldy soil will not kill your plant. Try repotting into a one size up pot and adding new soil. Parlor palms need direct sunlight less than 3 feet from the window, that should help with the mold too. You can trim the old leggy growth if you want to make more room, it looks a little stuffy in that pot. Good luck 🍀
The point above is a good one but activated charcoal in your soil mix will help with the mild as well.
