Yeah, @TheConservator is right I'm afraid Daniel!
I don't know much about these, but from a quick online education they like to dry out well between waterings (especially during winter), so almost certainly once a week is the MOST you should be watering .. but that's the bit that only you can figure out.
Most of us use the dip test in some form to decide what our plants need water (basically sticking your finger or an implement like a chopstick or knitting needle!) into the soil and feeling to see if it's at all damp/ cold/ or if there's moist soil clinging to the finger/ implement when it's pulled out of the soil.
MOST Houseplants (but not all... Shakes fist at Calathea everywhere!! 😂) like to dry at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the pot depth between waterings... I'd say half dry is probably the minimum you're looking for, for something like this wee guy 💚 x

I’m not sure anyone can answer that any better than Greg does. Every plant, pot, soil ,environment is different. You need to research what your plant needs. Does it wanna be wet or dry or even ? Then you’ll have to check the plant to see what it needs.
