Interior roots getting low light can be more white (they donโt produce much chlorophyll if they arenโt getting light), but that sort of pale, sickly green/yellow usually means the root is at riskโฆ I have seen roots recover from it when itโs caused by something like salt burn, but they were whole/unbroken ones with healthy growth tips (the ones on your plant are cracked). I would use sterile scissors to chop that bottom one that is totally yellow-brown and has no growth tip, and monitor the other ones with yellow to see if it spreads. Your green roots, while obviously recently watered, also look like they are regularly thirsty (regularly dry conditions and inconsistent watering are also obvious in that young/short root coming out of the base of the plant)โฆ consider giving the roots a soak for like 10 mins and seeing if they plump up more. You could also add some sphagnum to your medium to help it retain more stable water levels. Another thing that will be helpful in the short term is bringing it into your bathroom while you bathe and trapping it in there with the resulting hot water humidity for a while afterwardโฆ after a few times, youโll generally see the plantโs leaves plump up a bit because both the leaves and roots will trap humidity from the air and slowly rehydrate the plant.
