water -> soil?

#Philodendron hii!! so gomez has been through the ringer. he began much bigger and came in a pot with two other bulbs. the other two bulbs got root rot and this is the only one to survive. i started to propagate him in soil but have recently moved him into water. do you think his roots are long enough to transfer back to soil?
2” pot with drainage

Generally you should probably have 3 roots about 3" long, those little roots look healthy, it takes time, just be patient, the roots will grow.

I would wait until they’re more established. An inch or two more should be good. I would transplant them before they begin to rot and start turning brown
@Sassylimey thank you!
