I need to know if it’s rot or dry rot. Does it feel wet? It’s probably not the right soil or you water too often. If you have succulent soil, then you might have watered too often. If it’s dry then it’s dry rot. When you don’t water your cacti pften as needed. Get a stick and puncture it onto the whole pot. If soil sticks, it’s wet. If nothing sticks or feels dry, then you drown it. The bigger the cactus the more water it stores. The the small baby’s need more water. Hope this helps!
It's dry &really hard like a stick🥹i know I messed up on watering 🫣 like 2mo.s back because 1 of my other succulents somehow had gotten a lovely pest😡so I had to you know treat ALL my plants just incase... @Saturn572
