Peperomia Ginny waterlogged

I just got this Peperomia Ginny and it arrived wet, so I decided to repot it two days later. It was SATURATED in water. I cleared away as much dirt as I could from the roots and replanted it in cactus/succulent soil. Do I need to avoid watering while it roots into the new soil and dries out??? πŸͺ΄πŸͺ΄ according to Greg, the new size needs to be watered in 6 days, should I do it as scheduled, later, earlier? Thanks!

NO WAIT!!!!
@Quiztaylor sorry Quinn, I didn’t mean to yell but don’t ever rely on Greg when it comes to watering any of your plants. ALWAYS test the moisture level first.
