Hey Daniel ð it kinda depends on the fert tbh! ð If you're using traditional chemical fertiliser then conventional wisdom says no, you should probably lay off during the winter months.
If you're using a mild, natural fert like We the Wild or Liquid Gold Leaf (which you simply add to every watering) you can continue to use it on plants that are actively growing, regardless of the season. If they seem to be slowing down for winter I would dilute it by half again (so for LGL the recommended dosage is 2ml per litre of water, with plants going dormant I cut that to 1ml per litre during the colder months. For my few plants that die back in winter - like my Oxalis - I will stop using it completely once she goes into hibernation) x
