#Cantaloupe

My cantaloupe is about 60-70 days in and today I found this little guy on the ground off the stem… Could it be ripe? I read they mature 30-45 days in which it has been I guess I shall see once I open it 😍

Does it smell sweet? Is it softer at the top where the stem broke?

They will slip off the vine when ripe. I bet it was tasty 🤤
