What could be going on with this plant?

4โ€ pot with drainage
Last watered 2 days ago
It's possibly just scarring from physical damage, but there's also a chance that it's rotting from water sitting on the leaves. Jade grown indoors is especially prone to leaf rot spots when the leaves get wet, so dab off any water with a clean towel.

Also, looking at your plant card photo, it looks very etiolated. That's when a plant gets leggy and stretched out because it's not getting enough light. Jade needs to be in either a south or west-facing window to really thrive. Even getting 3-6 hours of direct sun in an east-facing window won't be enough since morning sun is much gentler than afternoon sun. It's difficult to give these guys too much light. So if you have a west or south-facing window you can put it in that gets as many hours of direct sun, that will really help.

Last thing I wanted to mention...your soil looks too dense, it needs to have more grit mixed in to help with drainage. It will also help it dry out faster. Jade and other succulents are desert plants, so they don't normally grow in medium with a lot of organic material. A soil specifically made for cacti/succulents with extra perlite or pumice rock mixed in is perfect. Do half and half cactus soil & perlite or pumice rock ๐Ÿ‘
