How do I propagate?

I have my ogre ear succulent that is possibly dying and I heard of propagating and I was wondering on how I could do it. I just heard of it and I don’t know how to do it at all, so anybody could please tell me please do because I would like to at least save some of the plant.

for me personally my leaf props will root as long as i keep them stuck into the soil. i would wait until it roots and the mother leaf shrivels up then water as usual! btw that soil looks very organic for a succulent, it may be fine for now but once it grows into a plant and not just a leaf you might face some issues.
Hi! Not an expert but this is what I tried with a Pearl Echeveria because of the exact same reason, you can see the surviving ones on my profile (I think). Basically I plugged out all the healthy leaves, split them into two groups and tried two approaches.

1) fill a small bowl with water and cover it with plastic foil. Make tiny holes so the leaves can stand and their bottoms are close to the water but don't touch it.

2) Set a thin layer of soil on an extended plate, place the leaves there and cover with a bit more soil. Spray a bit of water every day.

I placed both groups near a window that gets lots but not direct light. Got some roots in 3-5 weeks and moved them to soil. In both methods many leaves died but the first gave the best results! Lots of YouTube videos about it. Good luck!
