Is this a picture from right after you got it, or have they become wrinkly? Because if you’ve had it for a while I would guess potentially over or underwatering. If it arrived like that it could also be cold damage if there wasn’t a heat pack with it.

Hi, no they became wrinkly after watering. They were completely dry. I got them from Succulents Box for Christmas. Also, should I put them under a grow light? Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏

@plantonic7 I got some baby toes from succulents box as well before and they showed up looking terrible, like all the stems were broken and bad, while my other succulent in the box was perfectly fine… I emailed the company and they sent me a new plant. Not sure if it’s past the time for you to do that, but if it happens again, I would definitely let them know.
