What do I fertilize this plant with?

1ft to light, indirect
2” pot
Last watered 1 week ago
I only use liquid vitamins in water. SuperThrive 1/4t/1 gal filtered water. (Amazon $12); the rich nutrients plants need appear in the pottong soil & r suffiecient to take u to next repot; typically 1 yr or if plant doubles in growth, whichever comes first.. The essentials such as N+, K+ r found in the π“‹π’Ύπ“‰π’Άπ“‚π’Ύπ“ƒπ“ˆ during regular wstering. This saves u money as well as the danger of over fertilizing which can burn the plant. The real "food" for plants is the sun.. The soil is pre-fertilized rich enough to take u thru to next repot. Make sure u use filtered or rainwater as tap contains Cl- which isnt good for anyone or plant!. What ive explained has always given me hige growth & healthy plants.. Good luck
@BuffCaperspurge thank you, yes I always use filtered water. And this plant has its own grow light for 6 hours of the day.
Over-fertilizing can lead to weak, soft growth, so it is better to under-fertilize.
@Livelovelaug Try to increase to 8 hr if it doesn't interfere in ur daily life. On timers, u can have them on 12-16, about 6-10" from plant ( my BofP has 3 lg lights, its 5' tall). My lights r on for 12 hrs/day. Depending on ur plants needs, u can gather light like needs tog. & set lightS according to needs. Some plants need more, direct sun, some less, indirect & leaves that can get sunburn if light is too intense. Either way, i would up to at least 8-12 hrs/day. Also if u need to, u can rotate large plants so each side gets equal amounts of light (just like a plant tilts towards the sun, grow lights r no different)🫢πŸͺ΄
Thank you - I’ll up the time!
