Hello @CongenialPokaka , You have gnats and they’re harmless though their larvae play havoc at the roots. They suck the nutrients outa their host . You could try cutting it back flush with the soil and spraying with neem oil . Just make sure to get the soil wet with the neem oil . It doesn’t look that bad yet . Best of luck
