Is this succulent indoors or outdoors and is it annual or...

I keep mine outdoors, it survived the winter and is flowering again already. I hope this helps 🌱
It's a succulent ❀️ AKA ice plant Carpobrotus (pickleweed)
Succulents stay alive all through the year and keep growing if they survive the winter (I recommend not having it outside during the winter if it will freeze). Succulents can also be both indoor and outdoor. They will need to be conditioned to direct sunlight though if they were kept indoors for a long time. They will get sunburned if they aren't acclimated.

If you want it outside you can let it grow bigger before planting outside so it can survive better outside if it gets really cold.
Thanks everyone I just got it and I never knew succulents could be outdoors too. How do I know when they can survive winter but I do have covers if it’s really cold outside
I believe you can put mulch over it for the winter, my plant is little bigger than yours, however they grow quick. I live in the the UK and I bought the plant inside for winter but some of the plant was left a little in my planter outside in the garden and the outside plant survived but the indoor one died. Maybe due to not acclimatising as I bought as an outdoor plant in the first place. I am relatively new to gardening myself and only just learning about acclimatising plants..
