Toxic or not?

This isn’t so much as a what’s wrong with my plant as it is what’s safe for all living creatures involved. A sweet kitten adopted my service dog and I recently. Is it safe for her and my birds nest snake plant to be around each other? My dog can’t reach the level it sits at but the kitten, well she’s everywhere. As I was told mixed answers on if it’s toxic for cats or not I just want to make sure everyone stays safe and what not.

Hi so no snake plants are toxic. Not deathly about the same level as grass upset stomach nausea. Maybe because it has thicker fronds and it’s not long and stringy the kitten will leave it alone. Otherwise I would try to find a spot where kitty has no access.
My snake plant has scarred over teeth marks from years of chomps. My kitty passed away recently, but he lived to be 16. If kitten starts to vomit a lot, definitely move plants out of reach, but I don't think snake plant will hurt them.
Saponins in leaves are toxic to cats. It’sbeen awhile since I’ve had a cat, but in my experience they are more likely to pee in the soil around the plant rather than eat the plant itself. Covering the soil with pebbles should discourage digging. Bitter apple is a good deterrent for dogs, don’t know about cats.
@BlazingFreesia maybe somewhere on Mars?? I travelled cross country with 3 cats. We set them loose in the motel room at night and had to rescue them from all manner of nooks and crannies that they could get to but not escape fromπŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚
Thank you everyone for your advice and responses. So far no problems with Daisy my plant or the sweet kitten.
