Very cool! I took a quick peek at your oasis - your calthea might go nicely in there! Otherwise, maybe consider syngoniums in complimentary colours? A trailing plant would also be lovely - I have a Scindapsus Dark Treubii that I can imagine would go nicely in there. Not sure if these are helpful or making it harder 🙃 hope you find the plant to match this awesome pot!

@ballondusoleil @JenniB81 Its actually really-pot day for “Bella” my Calathea “Stella” White Fusion, however I have another pot for her I was going to put her in here, I because this pot was originally meant for the room she’s in I just think she’d out grow this pot fast because she’s long overdue for a re-pot yet I’m afraid to re-pot here because she’s thriving and I’m so new at this I don’t want to kill her, I’ll cry. I was actually thinking a trailing plant would look the Bomb in this as well
I was thinking something that would stand up straight so it didn’t cover up that awesome pot, like a zz plant (take your pick of regular, chameleon, raven, variegated etc), schleffera (variegated looks neat!), there’s just lots of cool things that could go in there. Those are my top picks tho. Here’s the plants for reference

@MockingJay Thank you, I think it is cool as well, thank you for the suggestion I have a Raven ZZ Plant on the way, I was maybe considering that because that will arrive in a 6” nursery pot, then again May out grow it fast. A Calathea Beauty Star sounds great as well as the many suggestions here I’ll have to look, see and consider.
These pots come in two different sizes and an array of colors to choose from from pot color to disc so you can individualize your own to your home’s color scheme or environment and if you’d like I will share where you can get this environmentally safe pot made for plants as I posted in a reply above.
@Propa I have a 6” Raven ZZ Plant making its way home 🏡 to me and should be here in a day or so, yet then was thinking of a trailing and thought it may cover the pot or sit on the ring for a while.

@SensationalKoa Just a suggestion. Place a plant of your choice in a 4”-5” clear container/nursery pot & then place inside this extraordinary pot. This way if the plant outgrows the planter, you won’t have an issue removing from the pot. Plus it is fun to switch up plants that you favor in your favorite pot. 🪐 🪴

@Rockrlee Thanks Lisa, I great suggestion I was thinking the same thing when I purchased it, that, that is really the only downfall, I thought to just start with a plant in a planters pot of 4”and just sit it in there since it has a 3.5 inch circumference opening to it to get a plant out and not ruin the pot. Kudos, for this suggestion!
@WarmStarsedge aww, that’s what happened to my Calathea Pink Pinstripe because 1. I’m a new plant Mom, 2. It was end of February when I adopted her 3. Knew nothing that I know now about the type water, humidity, and moisture it needed, it was a really Beauty yet lasted me a month because I knew nothing, lol. Hence, the term “Prayer Plant”. I replaced it with a Calathea Stella White Fusion” a month or so later that’s a really Beauty and this one for me is the easiest as I now keep her in my bathroom she’s seems very happy there because she gets the added humidity, nice indirect bright light and I leave my tap water airing out over days to feed her. She needs to be re-potted desperately that is supposed to happen today, wish me luck in not killing her in doing so.

It’s going to take even more time to fill going through all the replies. @PlantJedi there were quite a few that said to put “Bella” in there as well. However, I originally picked it out for her. However, I think she’s outgrown it because it would be tricky to get her out and she’s my ultimate favorite so far, I don’t want to kill her I’ll be smashed to bits if I do, even re-potting her I’m still skeptical because I’m so new at this, and you and I both know she’s overdue. That being said I don’t think you’ll smash toes it’s all in good plant fun to state your ideas . After all, I requested the suggestions and I do like Unique because I am and even odd matches , too.
And OMG! Sunday plant mail! Look what just showed up, my Pink Princess Philodendron and she isn’t as PINK as I expected yet she’s sprouting a leaf there that looks PINK, her leaves are HUGE. Hopefully she acclimated well to my environment and for sure these leaves are so big to hang her. I’m impressed she looks like a Beauty I hope she adjusts and thrives, way too big for Wandering Saturn 🪐

@Seymour I saw the channeling, it’s about time you made an entrancece into this Universe here today, it was one heck of a ride flying in and out of here today, I never expected the great exploration it took me on of all great suggestions and commentary and the fact that this pot made with plant based (pun-intended or not) it renewable and degradable materials is safe for the planet and the plants not just the style is unique but deserves an A+ for that uniqueness as well, that became an ultimate attraction post today. @PlantJedi Oh My…that Persian shield is gorgeous, I own a Rattlesnaker (Rattles is his name), I’m loving the purple Alocasia Azlanii because that would make the ring pop because the color matches perfectly,and the Rose Calathea is one I have wish listed a while back.along with these in the (5) photos, too.
@PlantJedi and….during the pot glow up yesterday, this arrived and poor “Bella” still hasn’t made it to her new pot yet, oh, boy, bad mamma jamma trying to get this Beauty unboxed and settled to adjust, meet Princess Philomena (Rare-Pink Princess Marble Philodrendron-Erubesens, she’s not that pink though so hopefully this East facing window will bring her more pink color from early morning sun.

@PlantJedi I’m loving your suggestions either way I’m probably going to pick up a couple of those suggestions as well. It is a 6 inch deep pot circumference diameter the opening is only 3.5 so that poses issues to get the plant out safely for plant and pot so any plant will outgrow this and so I’m going to use the suggestions I was given or just slip in a 3inch grower’s pot so can I always change the plant in there, too and just utilize it as a starter pot to just slip it in there. There absolutely has been many great suggestions and I was going to order another one of these pots in another color scheme as well because you’re able to create the color coordination out of the colors available and they are creating more colors and I requested a moon with craters in white or yellow with a star ring, so we shall see if they create that. I’m a Universe enthusiast as well, lol. Good vibes!

@PlantJedi the nursery where my new Nanouk just came from because they are exceptional and they said they aren’t selling it right now because low sale volume due to what you stated about growing Lille wild wildflower and they did say but it can hang down so I appreciated that response told them to let me know if they will sell it again they said they haulted that version as of now.
@PlantJedi Oh, that is spectacular, loving that, too! I’ve been busy since I came home from work, I had a lot of plant mail today mostly succulents and some cute pots for those ideal for the spot they will reside. Plus, guess who who was re-potted today with the Fox Farms soil, orchid bark, and a bit more perlite since that soil has some already ta-da my “Bella” and “Rattles Tattles” the Calathea Rattlesnake, who is not looking so good he’s getting a bit crunchy on edges and even a brown spot on a new leaf, and just recently too, I don’t know why either, he’s getting burnt from the lamp which I doubt because it would have happened before now, wondering if it’s fungal because we had a lot of cloudy weather here in NY so the spot he’s in his soil doesn’t dry out that quick so he gets watered less and was fine. he’s in indirect bright light if the sun is out yet near a lamp that goes on for maybe 3 hours around 7pm. I’m hoping the re-pot helps him, his roots looked okay and in tact I potted him with the same as Bella and have to keep an extra careful on-look at both for their progression. Whew-though, Finally done.
Oh, they all have one now, each with a different saying, lol! Rattles will have pray for me, my money tree has please don’t die, lol you know the one you helped me with that I now will treat rattles with because he too showed up poor in February with some brown edging was making progress and now seems to have a sign of something Bella lost a newer tiny leaf at the bottom this morning and another leaf turned yellow however that is probably because she was transferred to late otherwise she is looking yeah fine, my favorite yes. Your Stella, is just Stellar, too as is all of your beauty’s.
@PlantJedi today I received plant mail and guess what it was? And guess how it showed up yet is a real tall beauty but came with the same disease that is killing Bella nothing is helping her, so what’s left is going into a new pot if her roots aren’t rotted. Just guess what showed up with signs of Blight and same fungal disease?

@PlantJedi when I try to post a question even with a # it comes up telling me cannot post whether it’s a question or a post there are glitches on my end when I addressed this I got labeled negative, okay, yet it’s not me and I blame myself anyway because I’m new yet it is more the glitches on my side that haven’t been ironed out just yet for smoothness of operation and user-friendliness above all.
