Repot ?
I’ve noticed the soil coming away from the sides of the pot…when do I have to move my plant to a bigger container? I just pinched this plant back yesterday. I added a picture before pinching to show size.

The photo isn't visible for some reason but maybe it's time to repot your plant. Soil contracts as it dries from repeated waterings so over time it will shrink from the edge of the pot. I've found bottom watering doesn't cause this issue as much since the top of the soil doesn't get drenched as often but others may have different experiences with that method.
