How to repot for beginners! Any tips?

I don’t know when to repot my plants! I also just want more info because repotting scares me! These are my plants at the moment. How do i know when to repot. Also, are my plants going to do fine on my window?!

Yes to what @Joe1982 said, you don’t need to repot very frequently. I’d guess your Pothos will need repotting soonest, but the best way to know is just to keep an out out for roots coming out the top or bottom of the soil. When you repot, it’s usually best only to move up an inch or two in pot size. Aloe in particular likes to be squished, so you can wait until it’s fully crawling out of what you’ve got it in now.
In a NE window I’d expect them to be fine, but keep an eye out for crispy leaves, which could mean sunburn. If any of them they start to get stretched out that’s a sign they need more light.
You can go 1-3 years before you need to repot depending on the plant. You'll have to pull them out of the pot to really tell, but a good sign is if the roots are growing out of the drainage holes and your plants should do fine by the window. If you have a place where you can put them outside in the shade for the afternoon and evening, that's even better. I put my Tradascantia outside, and wow, did it go off, but on the other hand, I put my pothos outside too, and the sun burned its leaves in 2 days because the lack of shade.
@Snowfoxicle thank you!
