Sounds like root melt, from the switch over to hydroponics. Totally normal. Give it another few weeks and it should perk up. I’d also add a very weak fertilizer to it since hydroponics don’t have any fertilizer at all. You would need to replace all of the soil nutrients and not just the ones for the plant so finding a complete fertilizer (not just the NPK) is going to help a lot :) hope this helps!
