@ImmenseOcotillo No, it doesnโt look like fungus. Most fungal infections in Hoyas turn their leaves yellow. It looks like that vine in the first pic might have been unpotted or maybe it got tugged on and ripped some roots? I have had that happen to one I bought from a store. First, I would get that plant repotted into airy, chunky soil. Secondly, and I donโt know how much you know about Hoyas, so I donโt want to sound condescending or anythingโฆ but they like to be root bound. And these big distributors take baby cuttings and pot them into a big pot all together, and theyโre like- wow this is so roomy, Imma take my time growing!! So I usually pot them in a smaller pot.
That third pic, it looks like the leaves are rotting, which can happen when you have a really heavy soil mixture, since Hoyas are epiphytes. Epiphytes need airy substrate to breathe, and absorb a lot of moisture through their leaves. Which brings me toโฆ humidity. Hoyas need humidity. The lowest I have seen them survive with is about 30%. Tag me if you have questions!

@PoisedAlbo some are soft and others are dried, and i havenโt repotted it. Do you think it got fungus?
I am new to Hoya, thank you so much for the insight, good thing i have aroid mix here for my philodendrons , will that works too? I have 6 other hoyas here that I didnโt repot yet because i am scared to disturb their tiny roots, but now since this happened to one of them and i got a tip from you i will repot all of them to aroid mix and put it in a smaller pots.
