Hi Alice! Yes, you can but you would have to bring it indoors for the winter. Be sure not to let it sit in hot afternoon sun as it scorches the leaves. Hereβs what google says for Oklahoma- β. Key Growing Requirements in Oklahoma- Temperature Constraints: Oklahoma experiences freezing winter temperatures. String of Buttons is cold-hardy down to about 20Β° F (-6.7Β° C). Once temperatures drop below this, the plant will suffer damage or die. Sunlight: It needs 4 to 6 hours of bright, full sunlight daily for compact growth. However, Oklahoma's intense, direct afternoon summer sun can easily scorch the leaves. Provide some partial afternoon shade. Soil & Watering: Use a gritty, well-draining soil mix specifically formulated for Succulents. Water the plant thoroughly, but only when the soil has dried out completely. Winter Care: In late fall, move the pot indoors to a well-lit location, such as a sunny south-facing window, and reduce watering until spring. The photo shows my soil- I mix my own. You can see it has a lot of perlite, lava rocks, etc- that lets the soil and the roots breathe. I canβt see the soil for your plant but it should have more than just soil. I hope this helps.
