Brown spot? Any advice?

Could be scorch- see if the leaf continues to have brown spreading or if it stops there. The other thing could be inconsistent watering or cold exposure. Possibly lack of humidity but my own experience is that matters less than They do need more light than regular monstera but any water on the leaf can cause scorch in direct light. I’d go with very bright but indirect light and make sure watering is consistent. The pattern doesn’t look like disease. This part will not recover but try those things and I would think it would not show up elsewhere.
@JenS soft and spreading! It was in direct sunlight for a couple of hours before I saw it and moved it!
