Hello, Pegah! Your azalea will love being on the balcony as long as it's not in direct sunlight.
They will flower usually once a year when the weather starts to warm up. (: Keep caring for it and make sure to give it some plant food before the spring weather and that will help boost the blooms.
As the flowers die, you can just pick them off (deadhead).
With proper care, you'll have more flowers next year!
