My Lemon and Lime plant has leafs that are a bit squishy and easily fall off with any contact :( and at an alarming too :(. How can I help my plant? I have no idea what to do :(

@Rainbow I’be watered it recently but haven’t rewatered it since the. ( I haven’t updated the water thing on it ) by the last day I water it was the 7th of this month but I have had been watering way more often than I should
