@KindBilberry with the leaves browning from the tips and the fact that it's in a glazed pot with no drainage, I'm betting it's got root rot from being overwatered. Those pots hold moisture and Dracaena don't like their feet wet. You should remove it from it's pot and inspect the roots for any that are black and mushy and remove them. You might also spray with a fungicide just to be safe. Then repot it in fresh soil and in a pot with drainage. Hope this helps and Good Luck ๐๐
