I believe she's just gone dormant. That's a good thing she's doing what she is supposed to do. She needs this period of rest YEARLY to build energy and grow well come spring. This helps her store much needed energy for vigorous growth and flowers in a couple of months.
Don't fight it she know what to do. In spring she will start sprouting all new growth.
For now much less water and NO fertilizer. She doesn't need it and you want to allow her to rest for a couple of months. 🌿❤️
