@WelefulIvy57 Have you transplanted it recently ? It could be in shock . They also tend to do this if you have pests . Check all the affected leaves under and on top . Also the card on this plant says no drainage if true it needs good drainage along with a loomy soil meaning dense but has good draining system. . I do notice markings of brown spots on leaves which could also be too much sun. Check these things out. In the growing season it needs water every two weeks and winter back off to less frequent like once a month. It should balance back if you find the culprit. A closer picture would also be helpful.
