Put it in a pot with drainage. Yellowing leaves, especially lower or older leaves are symptoms of overwatering and root rot. They need to dry out completely before watering. Use a moisture meter or a chopstick to determine water needs rather than a schedule. Schedules don't account for the specific microenviromment of your plant.
Thanks!!
@phytologyfan gave good suggestions @FabWharangi41 but, I would also like to add that it looks a little stretched, looking for more light. You might need a brighter window or a grow light if you can. And not only drainage in the pot but you need a good chunky/gritty succulent mix with added amendment like perlite or the like for extra drainage and aeration.
