Floppy snake plant

Oh my goodness I have never seen a floppy snake plant until now. What is going on with this thing? Admittedly it does not get good light. Please help!
Its floppy condition is likely caused by poor lighting. (Reaching for light-> becomes long -> become top heavy/floppy.)
If you don’t like how it looks, you could try propagating it. But propagating it to the same size/height will take quite a while.

First aid should be giving it a bit more light. (If the leaves feel normal to touch—not mushy or crisp.)
I don’t know, I’ve never had an issue with mine in low lighting. I would’ve thought overwatered/moisture related?
Check your roots ASAP. Droopy snake plants are likely from overwatering.

As others have mentioned it could also be from low light, which is fine, but can contribute to overwatering if not careful. The lower the light, the longer the time between watering should be. Since the plant won’t be absorbing as much water.

Check your roots and check for root rot. Trim away any rotted roots and spray the remaining with hydrogen peroxide. Replant in well draining soil and a pot with drainage holes.

From here let the soil dry out between watering. I have a snake and ZZ that gets watered about every month, so a long time is OK. I also water using about half of what Greg recommends so that it’s not sitting in wet soil for too long.

If your pot doesn’t have drainage you can water with lesser amounts and even more time between waterings. It all about finding a balance.
Thanks
