Is there something wrong?

The plant appears fine. No sign of pests couple of the outer leaves died but they were likely considered old. Centre with new leaves looks happy and healthy.

So what are these dots? I’m pretty sure they were on there when I bought the plant from a greenhouse.

Your plant looks totally healthy. Those dots are just the normal Gasteraloe leaf speckles and a bit of corking on the older leaves. Nothing in the photo looks like pests or rot. Nothing to worry about !
