What’s in Achilles’s roots?

I’m repotting my white butterfly arrowhead plant for the first time. I’ve had him for about a month. I’m a new plant parent so I have no idea what this is on his roots. It’s white and fuzzy but doesn’t smell bad. Is it mold? root rot? #ArrowheadPlant roots">#roots #whatisit #RepotSeason repotting">#repotting

It looks like some sort of moss like thing could also be a fungus but I’m not really sure it’s just what it looks like
Those are root hairs! They are smaller root tips (the tips are the only part that can suck up nutrients) and they signify healthy roots. It's a good sign and is completely normal!
