What’s wrong with my philodendron??

I just noticed these leaves, it seems like it got sunburnt?
Very strange because I live in London, so no sun for weeks 😂, the plant has been in the same location, never moved.. I’m scared it got sick! 😭

If you don't have any natural light, you need to get grow lights. Too much water and not enough light can cause this. You'll want to make sure your plant dries before watering again.

I have lots of natural light and I have a regular watering schedule. It’s getting worse! I noticed there are roots poking out of the base of the vase thru the draining holes. But I supporse it’s too early to repot?
