Since it doesn’t look like it’s getting direct sun, I’m wondering if it’s the minerals in your water. Some plants are sensitive to hard water & they will “push” out the excess minerals through their tips. That’s what looks like is going on here. Try distilled and see if that helps. Otherwise, the plant looks good.
